Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse caseload and representing clients in a variety of immigration matters, including court proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Immigration Court proceedings, including master calendar and individual hearings
- Handle bond hearings from preparation through representation
- Manage family-based immigration cases (adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, etc.)
- Handle employment-based/business immigration matters
- Prepare and review filings, motions, and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (required)
- Prior experience in immigration law (required)
- Experience with Immigration Court and bond hearings strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Fluency in a second language
