DeBee, Clark & Weber, PLLC is seeking a full-time attorney with zero (0) to five (5) years' experience to join our tax-exempt organizations practice area.

The attorney will work with nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on a broad range of organizational, governance, tax, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities will include legal research and analysis; drafting and reviewing corporate and governance documents, contracts, policies, and other agreements; assisting clients with entity formation, tax-exempt status, and ongoing federal and state compliance; advising on nonprofit governance and board matters; and assisting with matters involving charitable solicitation, lobbying, and other issues affecting tax-exempt organizations.
