Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in Atlanta, GA. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal representation and guidance for immigration cases. The day-to-day tasks will include handling immigration issues, assisting with visa applications, interpreting and applying immigration law, and addressing legal issues related to immigration.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of immigration law and legal issues
- Experience in handling immigration cases and visa applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex legal documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
