Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced athletic compliance attorney to join its dynamic and fast-growing higher education practice. We are interested in attorneys with experience in some of the following areas: athletic compliance; Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) in college sports; House settlement implementation; athletic conference governance and strategy; impending federal legislation; eligibility litigation; and Title IX gender equity reviews. Demonstrated experience working with higher education institutions is required. This position is primarily remote, however flexibility to be on-site when needed is required.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys and consultants on a variety of assignments.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $130,000–$150,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
