Bricker Graydon Wyatt is growing its K-12 Education Law Practice Group and is seeking an attorney to join its team in Dayton or Columbus, Ohio. The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience counseling and representing public K-12 educational entities on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. Attorneys with experience representing other public-sector clients and a background in litigation are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $110,000–$125,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
