Description:Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an attorney with 2+ years' experience to join its dynamic and fast-growing higher education practice. We are interested in attorneys with experience in some of the following areas: civil rights and Title IX investigations, higher education compliance, disability law, employment law, and/or litigation. Prior experience working in higher education administration or providing legal counsel to educational institutions is preferred. This position is primarily remote, however flexibility to be on-site when needed is required.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. This position is intended to support our civil rights investigators and hearing officers while learning those roles to expand our team. The ideal candidate will love writing, be curious, enjoy teamwork, and have a sensitive yet neutral approach to difficult cases.
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $110,000–$125,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
