A Full-Service Law Firm seeks an Associate for its dynamic and expanding national Health Care practice. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience representing health care clients, primarily hospitals, physician groups, pharmacies, and other sophisticated providers. Candidates with more experience will be strongly considered, including those with portable business. Ideally, any candidate should have experience with fraud and abuse, health IT, and transactional issues, and should have a desire to grow their practice and work in a collaborative environment.
