A Business & Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate attorney to join the Firm's Indianapolis office. Candidate must be licensed in Indiana and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation. Prior litigation experience conducting discovery, presenting oral arguments, legal research and brief writing is required; some trial and appellate experience is preferred.
