Description:
Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Habitability Attorney.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Two to five years' experience in litigation.
Significant litigation experience in areas of residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, premises liability, and automobile accidents.
Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
The candidate should be proactive in handling necessary tasks.
Licensed to Practice Law in California.
