Job Description:Miles & Stockbridge seeks one or more energetic Government Contracts attorneys with at least 2-5 years of experience to join our busy and growing Chambers Top-Ranked government contracts practice in our Washington, DC office.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have experience handling bid protests, contract claims, mergers and acquisitions, and small business issues. Experience with cybersecurity, data rights, False Claims Act, internal investigations, suspension and debarment proceedings, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and other transactions agreements (OTAs) are a plus. Base Compensation: $190,000+
