Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a corporate associate with 4-7 years of experience. We are open to having this attorney sit in our Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC, office. Candidates should have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, as well as in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Securities law knowledge and/or finance experience is preferred, but not required. This associate will be hired into our Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. This is a partner track opportunity for attorneys looking to build a practice and become a partner in the group that is elevating associates to partner on a consistent basis. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions at this time.The target annual pay range for this role in New York and Washington, DC, is $310,000 - $395,000. The target annual pay range for this role in Boston is $280,000 - $360,000. Positions outside of Boston, New York, and Washington, DC, will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
