Job Summary:
An International Law Firm Headquartered in Washington, D.C. seeks a highly qualified associate to join its Government Contracts practice group working from its Washington, DC office.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience with government investigations, federal civil litigation, and/or internal corporate investigations.
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: responding to government investigations arising under the False Claims Act; drafting and responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation; managing eDiscovery; drafting motions in federal court; scoping internal investigations and advising clients on disclosure considerations; familiarity with government contracts and/or health care substantive law.
All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the D.C. bar or eligible to waive-in.
