Description:
Paul Hastings LLP is seeking a 4th-6th Year associate to join our Supreme Court and Appellate Group. Substantial appellate litigation, issues and appeals, and brief writing experience required. Outstanding academic credentials required and previous Clerkship (i.e. Federal Appellate Clerkship, Supreme Court clerkship) preferred. Candidates may sit in any of our U.S. offices and must be admitted to the Bar in the jurisdiction where they will be located. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
