Qualified candidates will have significant broad-based commercial real estate experience. Experience with telecommunication tower properties is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities would include performing diligence and managing closings in connection with acquisition transactions. This is a non-partnership track attorney position. Ideal candidates are highly motivated with strong drafting and communications skills who work well with colleagues and clients.
