Description:

The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a Junior Associate to join the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience assisting with litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement cases. Candidates with a CPA license are strongly preferred. Federal clerkship or government/prosecutorial experience would also be helpful. Candidates must be an active member of the New York bar.

Pay Range:$225,000 - $235,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
