Description:
We are seeking a commercial real estate finance associate with 2-3 years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds and/or other regulated and non-regulated lenders in the financing of commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence and working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties. Exposure to mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization and syndication is a plus.The anticipated annual bases alary range for this position is $235,000 to $260,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
