Job Description:The Chicago office of An American Multinational Law Firm is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group to work on private credit transactions and asset based lending transactions. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with private credit/direct lending, syndicated lending and/or asset based lending. Familiarity with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents and generally leading lending transactions primarily on behalf of lender clients. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the Illinois bar.
