The Banking group in the Chicago office is looking for junior-level associates (Class of 2023-2022), with general debt finance experience, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents, UCC experience as well as general corporate experience. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
