Job Description:The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking Fund Finance associates for the Global Finance Group. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings or other relevant experience, including secured lending and/or derivatives. The associate would join a rapidly growing, market leading practice focused on representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, and other investment vehicles on an extraordinarily diverse range of funding finance products and derivatives transactions across a variety of asset classes. Successful candidates will have experience drafting financing documents for complex deals and will embrace the opportunity to work on highly structured and bespoke transactions. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Target Salary Range $260,000 - $390,000.
