Overview:Able & Strong Law is growing to become THE law firm for the Special Needs Community. Our mission is to help families and individuals with special needs live Able and Strong lives by providing them the legal authorities, frameworks, guidance and resources they need to live Able and Strong. We do this presently through guardianship/conservatorship and probate litigation, special needs trust and estate planning, and social security disability appeals. The attorney we are seeking would primarily be involved in the guardianship/conservatorship and probate litigation services of the firm. One very nice aspect of this, compared to other litigation areas, is that many cases you will be involved in are uncontested. We're looking for a full-time attorney to join our mission-driven firm, but are willing to consider candidates on a part-time/flex-time schedule.

The responsibilities for this position are what you would expect as an attorney and would include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, and briefs.
- Provide expert advice.
- Prepare case strategies and develop arguments based on legal research findings.
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and communications.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure comprehensive representation for clients.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases.
