Kahane & associates, a premiere consumer finance litigation law firm is conducting a search for a foreclosure attorney. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-3 years of concentrated experience in handling all aspects of an uncontested foreclosure practice. Compensation is commensurate with experience and we provide a comprehensive benefits package.Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years uncontested foreclosure experience required
- Independently manage a caseload
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions and supporting memoranda of law
- Perform legal research
Education, Training and Experience:
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a team player and possess a willingness to adapt to change.
This position requires experience from the 1st legal stage to the post judgment stage.
