Kahane & Associates, P.A., a premiere consumer finance litigation law firm is conducting a search for an experienced foreclosure attorney. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of concentrated experience in handling all aspects of a foreclosure practice. Compensation is commensurate with experience and we provide a comprehensive benefits package.Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be required to work in all facets of foreclosure practice inclusive of landlord tenant evictions. May be required to attend hearings and mediations.
Education, Training and Experience:
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a team player and possess a willingness to adapt to change.
