**We are not currently accepting search firm submissions for this role.The Miami office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Financial Services Litigation Group. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience representing clients in litigation and investigations involving consumer financial services, including credit litigation and mortgage litigation matters. Candidates should also have experience drafting motions and pleadings, including complaints, answers, and motions for summary judgment. The associate will participate in settlement conferences and appear before judges to argue motions. Candidates must be an active member of the Florida Bar. Bankruptcy experience and experience with AAA or JAMS arbitration proceedings are preferred. Bilingual Spanish language skills is a plus.

$235,000- $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
