Our main practice areas include Medical Malpractice, Auto, Trucking Defense, Health Law, Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation and Appeals; and Government Agency Proceedings.We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to become part of our team.
The skills we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Litigation
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years litigation experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases
- Conducting depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trials and mediations
- Florida Bar admission in good standing (Required)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
