Responsibilities:
- Draft documents related to plaintiff's foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)
- Compose Lis pendens documents
- Prepare summons and complaints
- Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
- Write correspondence regarding assigned files
- Make court appearances
- Facilitate client communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage foreclosures
- Must be admitted in the State of New York
