Job Description:The Finance practice in the Charlotte or New York offices of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a first-year associate with 0 to 1 years (JD 2026 - 2025) of experience to support the finance practice across all areas, including structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, and secured and unsecured lending transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financing, acquisition financings, and other sophisticated finance transactions. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in finance law.
The salary for this position is $225,000 to $235,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
