Skadden's International Litigation and Arbitration group in New York is seeking a highly motivated junior to mid-level litigation associate (class of 2024-2022). The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in international disputes, with more senior candidates bringing prior experience in international arbitration. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. Judicial clerkship experience a plus. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $235,000 to $310,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.Associates who join Skadden laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
