What You'll Do:
  • Craft compelling briefs and manage appellate procedures for high-stake mass tort and class actions in federal courts.
  • Employ exceptional research prowess to uncover pivotal case laws and evidence, ensuring our arguments are irrefutable.
  • Champion the Poulin | Willey mission through every written word, collaborate with our trial lawyers to prepare them for oral argument, driving our fight for consumer rights to new heights.

What you bring:
  • At least 2+ years in the trenches of federal litigation, with a track record in dispositive motion practice, appeals, or as a Federal Law Clerk.
  • Previous engagement with class action / mass tort / MDL briefs highly preferred.
  • An active member in good standing with any state bar, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • A relentless researcher, a master of Westlaw, with the tenacity to pursue every lead.
  • Self-motivated, career-focused, with stellar writing and oral advocacy skills.
