  • Partner‑level roles are designed for highly experienced attorneys who bring deep family‑law expertise, courtroom leadership, and strategic judgment, and who are interested in playing a meaningful role in practice growth and mentorship.

Practice Focus
Attorneys at CLG handle sophisticated family and matrimonial matters, including:
  • Divorce and matrimonial litigation
  • Child custody, visitation, and support
  • Contested and high‑conflict cases
  • Family Court and Supreme Court appearances
  • Motion practice, hearings, and trials
  • Client counseling and case strategy development

Compensation & Growth

Compensation is experience‑based and role‑dependent, with flexibility for senior and partner‑level attorneys.

Approximate Base Salary Ranges:
  • Jr. Associate Attorney: up to $110,000
  • Associate Attorney: up to $125,000
  • Senior Associate Attorney: up to $145,000
  • Partner‑Level Attorney: $150,000+

In addition to base compensation, eligible attorneys may participate in performance‑based bonus programs tied to defined KPIs, aligned with role level, leadership responsibilities, and practice contribution.
