Responsibilities:
- Draft, file, and manage high-volume legal documents, including pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, judgments, orders, and contracts.
- Handle division of marital assets—including real estate—during divorce proceedings.
- Maintain well‑organized, up‑to‑date client files throughout case progression.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and negotiate effectively, even in high‑stress and emotional environments.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth case management and outstanding client experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution; undergraduate degree required.
Experience: 1–2 years handling family law matters, including property and custody issues.
License & Affiliations: Active Arizona State Bar membership in good standing; ABA membership preferred.
Skills:
