About the Job:Are you an experienced family law attorney ready to lead and grow a meaningful practice? We are a boutique firm in Philadelphia dedicated to serving all types of families, including LGBTQ+ and non-traditional families, and we are seeking a motivated attorney with at least 4 years of domestic relations experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution.
- Provide strategic, compassionate counsel to clients from intake through resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing family law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle a variety of domestic relations issues independently
- Active Pennsylvania Bar membership
- Commitment to serving LGBTQ+ clients and non-traditional families
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients
- Experience with adoption and/or assisted-reproduction law
- Mediation experience or training in collaborative law
- Active New Jersey Bar membership
