Description:

Duane Morris LLP seeks a junior to mid-level associate with gaming law experience needed for its nationwide gaming practice to support litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, mass arbitrations, and prediction market-related litigation, as well as state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in sophisticated regulatory filings and experience in the areas of technology and gaming law. This position is flexible as to Duane Morris office along with bar admission in jurisdiction of practice in the Duane Morris office where situated.

The target annual pay range for this role is $225,000-$325,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
