Join MGC's Workers' Compensation Team in Philadelphia, PA!MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states.
We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in Philadelphia. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of practice experience in workers' compensation defense and a portable book of business. The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 – 250,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
