Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role as a Family Law Attorney in Dallas, TX. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of family law cases, including legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, support, and visitation. The attorney will also participate in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of family law and related legal issues
- Experience in handling motions and depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal situations and provide effective legal advice
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Experience in family law litigation is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
