The Law Office of Greg Quimby, P.C. is looking for a family law attorney to join our team.
  • Duties include: litigating family law cases from start to finish; preparing cases for trial; preparing motions and responses; legal research; courtroom appearances; and billable goals.
  • The candidate that we are looking for must have excellent written and verbal communication skills which is why a writing sample is necessary. Colorado Bar License required.
  • Salary starts at $95,000 annually, based on your experience and abilities. There is no better work environment in a law office in this town.

Responsibilities:
  • Litigating family law cases from start to finish
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Draft legal documents, such as motions and responses
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
  • Prepare and present cases in court
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Billable hour goals

We are looking for someone who wants to find a home and we are willing to train you. Our office is a team, and you won't find a nicer team. This is a demanding position, but you will never, ever be bored.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar
  • Proven experience as an attorney, preferably in family law if possible, but willing to train a new attorney
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
