You will be working with a team of 6 attorneys and 4 paralegals navigating divorce and custody matters, contempt matters, protection orders, criminal defense, and more.What your day looks like:

Your team will support you to ensure you have the tools you need for trial preparation, negotiation, and ensuring our clients are heard—and you'll provide support to your team members as well. Everyone's insight is valued.
- Work/Life Balance: We don't want you at your desk or in court all hours of the day and into the night—our clients are important, but so are you and your family. We have reasonable billing requirements crafted with your work/life balance in mind.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Active bar license to practice law in Colorado (or pending!)
- Self-direction - We don't hover. You'll be trusted to manage your own caseload, deadlines, and priorities without someone checking in on you every hour.
- Working knowledge of Colorado family law - If you have a strong understanding of the fundamentals, you're ready to be part of the team!
- Resilience - Our clients come to us at the worst times in their lives; you'll need to keep your hand on the wheel when emotions are running high.
- Courtroom experience is preferred, but if you're pending admission or newer to the courtroom, we are going to help you get in the reps to be a formidable contender!
