Job Responsibilities:
You will get the chance to work on complex and significant legal matters. Typical duties and responsibilities:
- Research matters
- Draft demand letters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Advise clients on business and legal strategy
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
You must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or have a pending Colorado bar application. Additional qualifications include:
- Previous experience in practicing law preferred
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Unrelenting attention to detail
