Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research using tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies
- Negotiate settlements that align with clients' best interests while fostering amicable resolutions whenever possible
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to client needs
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (preferred but not required)
- Experience practicing family law with a strong understanding of divorce, child custody, visitation rights, spousal support, and related issues is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents
- Legal administrative experience to manage case documentation efficiently
- Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze complex legal issues swiftly and accurately
