What You'll Do:
You will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:
- Divorce, legal separation, and parentage cases
- Allocation of parental responsibilities, spousal maintenance, and child support
- Protection orders and related family law disputes
- Representing clients in court appearances and hearings
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Conducting legal research and writing
- Leading settlement negotiations
- Maintaining consistent, professional communication with clients
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
- 3–5+ years of experience as a practicing family law attorney
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong advocacy skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for family law
