Description:
As an Associate Attorney, you'll play a key role in managing and litigating family law matters from start to finish. You'll represent clients in court, craft persuasive legal documents, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with our legal team on complex issues.Responsibilities:
- Handle court appearances, motion practice, and negotiations
- Draft pleadings, legal memos, and client correspondence
- Conduct legal research and discovery
- Collaborate on high-level strategy and trial prep
- Maintain excellent client communication and experience
- Travel to courts throughout Central Florida as needed
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- 2–3 years of family law litigation experience
- Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Evidence
- Highly skilled in drafting, negotiations, and courtroom presence
- Proficient in Westlaw/Lexis
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required
