The PostitionA National Civil Litigation Firm, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Associate to join our West Palm Beach office. Once hired, the associate will have the opportunity to take an active role on a wide variety of litigation matters including assisting retail and hospitability companies in matters such as contractual disputes, business torts, construction, product liability, employment and real estate. The firm has a robust mentoring program that serves to assist our associates in their professional and business development.
The Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of litigation experience assisting with or conducting discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability and insurance defense.
