Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Propound and defend depositions and Discovery.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Take cases to Trial, as needed.
- Work with our staff, to resolve cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Florida.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
