Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national firm has an immediate job opening for an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university and be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Responsibilities
The candidate should meet the following job requirements:
- 2+ years of litigation experience handling insurance defense cases (preferably general liability defense, medical malpractice, long term care defense)
- Experience handling medical issues and handling voluminous medical records.
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product
