Municipal Law and Code Enforcement Attorneys has an immediate opening in its Irvine office for a Litigation Attorney with experience in State and Federal litigation and Business litigation. Experience in Government Tort Claims and Civil Rights is preferred, but not required.Our areas of practice focus on serving cities and counties in protecting and improving their communities through code enforcement, housing standards, receiverships, nuisance abatement, land use and zoning law and defending public agencies against State and Federal lawsuits. The firm also handles various business litigation cases. The ideal candidate will be proactive and versatile, with significant experience handling litigation matters.
