Description:
We are looking for a 3 to 7 year attorney to join our growing team. This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney (hybrid may be available for the right candidate). The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (including responses to complaints, discovery, and dispositive motions), negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Required Qualifications:
- Admission to State Bar of California (2017-2021 admission)
- Experience in personal injury and/or premises liability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
