Massachusetts law firm with fast paced and diverse legal practice offering an estate planning and litigation attorney position for an attorney with 5-6 years of experience. Total Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Conduct legal research, discovery, and case strategy development.
- Attend and participate in court hearings, pre-trials, depositions, and trials.
- Maintain strong client communication and manage caseload independently with oversight as needed.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within a supportive, team-based atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (additionally seeking Rhode Island).
- 5-6 years of estate planning and litigation experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and commitment to client service.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
