Rudolph Friedmann LLP is seeking a corporate and business transaction lawyer to join our team. This attorney will assist clients with entity formation, corporate governance, licensing, contract drafting and negotiations, business sales and acquisitions, bank loans (representing lenders and borrowers), commercial real estate transactions and leases, and general commercial transactions.The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience handling corporate and business transactions. This position will require a strong background in corporate law, attention to detail and the ability to write and communicate effectively.
