Who You Are:
- You have 3-5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.
- You have experience representing lenders in single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
- You have experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation.
- Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing.
- You have a proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously.
- You have an ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- You have a strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- You are an independent thinker that demonstrates commitment to client service.
- You desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- You are a member of the Massachusetts bar.
