McGrath Law Office, P.C. is seeking an experienced Illinois attorney who wants to build a long-term practice within a stable, relationship-driven firm.We are a second-generation law firm serving central Illinois families, business owners, and municipalities. Our work is primarily non-litigation and focused on practical problem solving, steady counsel, and clear communication. Many of our client relationships span decades.
We are planning for the future of the firm and are looking for a lawyer who wants to become part of its fabric—not someone looking for a short stop.

Who You Are:
- Licensed in Illinois and in good standing
- 5+ years of meaningful experience in one or more of our core practice areas
- Comfortable running your own matters from consultation to completion
- Strong communicator with skill explaining
- Organized and disciplined with deadlines and billing
- Motivated to build long-term client relationships
- Interested in helping shape the next chapter of a growing firm
The Role:
- Meet directly with clients and design legal solutions
- Draft and implement estate plans and transactional documents
- Advise municipal clients and attend meetings as needed
- Manage your own workflow while contributing to firm-wide growth
- Develop a long-term practice within the firm
- This is a position with real autonomy and real responsibility.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $120,000 for qualified candidates
