Collaborate with clients to strategize asset distribution plans
Provide expert guidance on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
Analyze legal situations, understand client needs, and devise strategic action plans
Prepare wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following characteristics:

5+ years of Minnesota Estate Planning and Probate experience
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
Positive attitude, self-motivated, tech-savvy, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong writing abilities
