Attorney

A Top Tier (Band 1) Law Firm is seeking talented attorneys in all our offices and/or to work remotely. We are adding qualified and talented attorneys to meet the increasing demands of our clients. The work will be for regional, national, and global clients providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

Candidates should have five years of experience practicing law and a demonstrated interest in eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy. We are looking for strong candidates who have:

• Excellent, effective, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience working in and with remote teams.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• The motivation to learn and understand technology and findings, effectively discuss those issues with technically skilled individuals, and convey findings for people without technology experience.
• Good judgment and the ability to apply legal knowledge to problem solve by developing practical business solutions.
• The commitment and interpersonal skills to succeed in a collaborative and team environment.
• Admission to the bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California; Illinois; Minnesota; Texas; Virginia; Washington, D.C.
